Slept very soundly without any parties!
lazy morning!
beautiful sunny afternoon so we drove carefully into Nimes, found a car park and walked along, ending up at Les Arenes! Did the audio tour to learn all about roman times in Nimes..
home safely...

This afternoon we decided to drive again into Nimes to get some provisions from Les Halles shopping complex.
Faithful GPS led us into town but where to park?? tres difficile!!!
Followed a big blue P sign leading to an undeground carpark! OOOPS!! no way Jose!!! so once again our resident traffic policewoman was out directing traffic whilst we reversed and forwarded and reversed again to turn out of there!! whew!! ..

We followed the traffic flow around the one way streets to eventually grab a front-in park!!
Les Halles was a disappointment - no supermarket .. but we found a smaller shop and spent 20 euro on some much needed provisions!!
Tomorrow we take the bus!!!
